Yarn not what you expected?

If your yarn isn't quite the right colour or thickness you can return it within 30 days for a credit note or different yarn. Return postage is your responsibility. Returned yarn must be in a saleable condition. To start a return, please contact us at nic@littlerugyarncompany.co.uk and say if you prefer a credit or replacement. Returned yarn should be sent to: Nic Smith, Kilbride, Isle of Coll, PA78 6TB. I recommend you use Royal Mail.

Yarn damaged or wrong yarn

We want you to be happy with your rug yarn, please inspect your order and contact us if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. nic@littlerugyarncompany.co.uk
