Shipping Policy

Packing times

The Little Rug Yarn Company uses Royal Mail 48 hour for postage and we aim to pack and post within three working days. Your order should arrive within seven days. There may occasionally be delays with our postal service, if these happen we will keep you informed about your order.

Unless specially requested all orders are sent second class. Postage is free on orders over £30 and £4 on orders below this.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your yarn. If you don’t like the colour or thickness you can send it back for a different yarn or a credit.

If the yarn is defective, damaged or lost we will replace or refund in full.
